Did anybody see this BBC show about when a frustrated parent brings one of the school teachers in as a last resort to help her with a wayward child?

It sounds as if Hannah (the teacher) uses strong values and patience to guide progress, and finally sees results. There may be something to learn from this, I'll be interested to hear any comments on the show. Do you think it was a good idea to get the teacher involved? What did you think of her strategy? If you were in a similar situation as a nanny, how would you approach the problem?
